I have been Intermittent Fasting since May of 2017. I already have lost from 227 lbs to 182. It’s been a great journey and because of it my acid reflux is gone and all my levels from my blood test show everything in the healthy zones.

I highly recommend reading this book cause it explains Fasting in detail. Doctor Jason Fung explains everything very well.
