I enjoy intermittent fasting because I don’t have to worry about calories. I occasionally do a 2 to 3 day water fast because it helps me. I’m not sure if people would say I do the water fasting completely the way it’s supposed to be done because I do take multivitamins while fasting. But for me it works and it doesn’t have a negative effect on me.
If anyone has great ideas for what to eat on breaking your fasts that helps you, I would love to hear about it.
