I’m doing a water fast for 3 days. I usually do a three day water fast each month. It keeps me feeling focused and feeling fresh.
I’m not sure if some people who Fast would consider my fast a complete fast because I do take vitamins during my fast. I drink lots of water and I go to the Gym to do strength training. Of course I don’t go really hard during my fast but I do enough to get my blood flowing so my body will be in the best position to do what it needs to do.
