Intermittent Fasting

There are many ways to Intermittent Fast. I started out fasting with the 16/8 plan than when I was comfortable I switched to the 18/6 and on days I want to feel a little better I do the 20/4 plan. I also go a little do long term fasting where I water fast for 3 to 5 Days. When I do that it helps cleans everything and I feel much better. I do watch my fat content and of course if I didn’t have any fat I couldn’t do long term fasting but I haven’t got to that point yet. I do go to the gym 3-5 times a week and hopefully soon I will be in the best shape of my life. When I started I weighed 128 and now I weigh 182 pounds. I’m 41 years old and I am in great shape now. I don’t know if people are just being nice but they usually say I look much younger than I am now. 016760CA-0BC9-4F0F-88FE-8441048F2257
